We do our best to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. If a pricing or product error affects your order, we’ll contact you before processing and offer to confirm or cancel.

Orders

Shipping & returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Please review those before ordering — note that opened food, treats, and supplements can’t be returned for health and safety reasons.

Our products are intended for the pets they’re designed for. Always follow feeding guidelines, age and size recommendations, and any instructions on the packaging. If your pet has a health condition, check with your veterinarian before introducing new food or supplements.
