Shipping Policy
At Fuzzy Shop, we ship pet food and supplies across Canada from our store in Châteauguay, Quebec. Every order is handled by our own team — not a faceless warehouse.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship to the United States or internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Rates & delivery
Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days via Canada Post and regional couriers.
In-store pickup
Free pickup at our Châteauguay showroom. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready. 200 Bd Industriel, Suite 200-B, Châteauguay, QC J6J 4Z2.
Track your order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. You can also check the status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Delays
Once an order is with the carrier, delivery timelines are out of our hands — but if anything goes sideways, reach out and we’ll help you chase it down.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you and your pet happy with every order. Here’s how returns work.
Food, treats & consumables
For health and safety reasons, opened pet food, treats, and supplements can’t be returned or exchanged — this is standard across the pet industry and protects every customer. If a food item arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Toys, accessories & equipment
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If something’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number — we’ll cover the replacement or refund, shipping included.
How to start a return
Email orders@fuzzyshop.co with your order number and the reason or visit our Contact Us page. We’ll send instructions. Please don’t ship anything back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
